This product worked well for me. However, it took reading the directions thoroughly... and the directions were very thorough, if small print. It also was long tedious work to thest all the bulbs and replace about 25 of them but I love these Christmas string lights, so it was worth it. I bought them a looooonnng time ago; four different colored strings, blue, green, red, yellow/orange that alternate 25 variations of blinking. They are strung together so it was a little difficult to use the voltage tester, but it ended up the problem was all damaged lights. The bulbs that were included also all worked. I would recommend this product as it worked for me.
