Update: Customer service at Ciro / Goldstrike sent me a new light unit hopefully after I perform the work to remove and replace the tailight this one will function correctly with all bulbs working.Installed and unit has burned out bulbs right out of the box. Waiting to hear back from Goldstrike on a resolution. But I believe thats going to be complete replacement. It is going to be very difficult to remove it from the paint now that it is adhered on with ultra strong double back tape! Lots of work in disassebly and re-routing all the wires again.
