I like these sconces. One arrived with a hairline crack in the globe that was not noticed for months until my electrician was ready to install it. Way past the return date. I asked Kichler if I could just buy a new globe rather than a whole new fixture. I did not hear back from them. Amazon asked if my problem was resolved and I said no, because it wasn't. Then I heard directly from Kichler. They don't do globe replacements on this model, but as a courtesy they are sending me a whole new sconce. I am very pleased, and wanted to set the record straight in case I inadvertently contributed to a bad review of customer service. And they are nice sconces
