The mounting hardware could be a little better. Overall these are decent lights. I always silicone around the lenses cause they tend to fall out in high vibration installations.lights arrived in 10 days (free shipping) well packaged. each light bubble wrapped, all 4 in 1 box. hardware was intact and complete. lights all work and appear to be well made. the stated lumens is widely exaggerated as you would expect. thats the reason for the 4 star rating. a direct side by side test of each light showed all of them to be of equal brightness. all 4 tested at an input voltage of 12.5vdc against lights of true known lumens appear (to the naked eye) to be between 400-500 lumens. not bad at all for the price. if you are looking for a decent led light i would say these would be just fine. upper end of quality of cheap made in china lights. very much worth the $25.00 us dollars with free shipping i paid for them.I use these as work lights on the back of our tow trucks at the cost they work great and function well for the cost of them you cant complain about much.These lights are definitely more spot than flood pattern. They are verybright and the slim front to back profile fit my application perfectly.I amusing them for backup lights and area lighting mounted on theladder rack of my pickup. Excellent price for 10 lights. When and if any of them fail,I will replace them with something more of a flood pattern.Good Luck and God Bless!All of the hardware is solid stainless. The body is cast metal for a heat sink. The biggest challenge I had, and a minor one was the wire entry placement. The base has raised nubs that hold the bolt head in place while you tighten from behind. This unit must be mounter THROUGH the mounting surface with a nut and lock washer on the other side. If you don't have access to the backside you should consider other units. You would have to use sheet metal screws. There are no holes in the base for this and you would be drilling in an 1/8 stainless plate. This will eat drill bits. The lights are very bright and light up the whole area. The wires are a smidge small and prone to break. All in all this is a really solid product that will serve you well.Got these for my tractor. Mounted two on the ROPS bar and will mount the other two in place of the headlights (burned out OEM bulbs, hard to find and $20 each! -crazy). They are perfect on the bar and throw lots of light, I'm sure when I put them into the headlight frame they'll look and work well too.If fact I just might buy an 8 pack of these and install them all around the exterior of my house, then with one switch to a good 12v transformer, I can light up everything for those "I gotta get this project done before I eat dinner" ... You know those days... Ha! And IF I use a simple WiFi plug/switch I can turn on from my phone... for any situation (good or bad) That is a nice thing. Sorry for rambling but hopefully someone else gets some good ideas from me! :)These lights are amazingly bright. Installed 6 of them (four facing forward and two facing rearward) on our Ford tractor and wow do they light up the night compared to the older round inconsistent ones from years back. With little electricity draw from these LED’s, I no longer worry about blowing fuses with too many lights on when working at night. Great and inexpensive solution in keeping our operation safer after dark!This item turned out to be very great. Though I’m a little knowledgeable in wiring, I didn’t have to purchase a wiring harness kit for it. I’m typing out a review because it’s a rainy day — and in mentioning that, the in-line fuse on the unit blew out on me just after a few seconds of leaving it on. Just an FYI, to help you out: the flood lamps draw 2.55amps. A 3amp fuse will do the trick, but not on that damp rainy day.
